Refund Policy

1. Who handles refunds
ZMacros subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google is the merchant of record: they take the payment, and they decide and pay refunds under their own policies and the law. We cannot refund a store purchase ourselves.

- Google Play: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637
If you are not sure what to do, write to SUPPORT CONTACT EMAIL and we will help you ask the right store.
2. Cancelling is not the same as a refund
Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the paid features until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app or your ZMacros account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
3. Free trials
If you cancel before a free trial ends, you are not charged. If you do not, the paid plan starts and renews automatically at the price shown when you started the trial.
4. EU, EEA and UK: your 14-day right to withdraw
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you normally have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw from the subscription without giving a reason. You use this right through Apple or Google's refund page above, or tell us and we will point you to the right place. OPTION A: If you have already used the paid features, you may be asked to pay for the part you used, in proportion to the full price. OPTION B: waiver wording, if counsel chooses it.
5. Other countries
Your local law may give you other rights to cancel or to a refund, for example Australia's consumer guarantees (a refund for a major failure), Brazil's 7-day withdrawal right (CDC art. 49), South Korea's rules on trials and price rises, and Argentina's "botón de arrepentimiento". See the Terms: Regional Supplements. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
6. When a refund is given
If a store refunds a payment, the paid features it covered end. If we find we charged for something we did not provide (for example a scan allowance smaller than the one described), tell us and we will support your refund request with the store.
